This depends on the nature and severity of the concern being addressed. The meeting frequency can be decided mutually between the client and Careergraphy. However, For long-term, sustained growth and Development, it would be recommended to have a meeting rhythm of up to 2 times in a quarter.

One session, very likely, is not enough! Counselling works best when goals and timelines are defined. We recommend our clients opt for strategically designed and well-thought-out packages. The packages are designed to achieve goals at different stages of the process

The number of sessions would depend on the problem at hand. It is usually analysed in the first session. That said, counselling is a time-taking process and it may take multiple sessions to go deep into it.

Usually, sessions are 45 or 50 minutes in duration. But in some cases, depending on the issue and the frequency of sessions, Careergraphy might opt for a longer session as well. This, however, is entirely at the discretion of Careergraphy. It is good practice to stick to session timings. However, in exceptional circumstances, if your session is running over time because a critical issue is being explored, you can request Careergraphy for an extension which will be accommodated solely based on discretion and availability. The extension fee would be prorated.

Research has revealed that online counselling is as impactful as in-person counselling; in many cases, the impact has been even more sustained and long-lasting. Online counselling techniques enable clients to access the counsellor from anywhere, at a convenient time while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. The online interaction makes the process non-threatening and allows clients to feel more comfortable and express themselves better.

Careergraphy understands that your privacy is critical and is taken as the highest priority. Careergraphy ensures that all communications are safe and confidential. Tools used by Careergraphy are end-to-end encrypted and at-rest encrypted.

Careergraphy offers counselling through 1X1 in-person sessions and in smaller group settings, depending on the nature of the program and engagement. Most of these are virtual, online live sessions but specific cases can be dealt with in an offline mode as well. It will be decided purely based on the need and merit of the case.

Rohit has an overall experience of 20+ years. His broad background involves successfully leading and nurturing large teams, and overseeing critical programs across diverse domains, including Custom Software Applications, Middleware Technologies, Data and Analytics, Oracle ERP, and CRM platforms. His experience also includes leading transformative Digital Thread initiatives aimed at enhancing business operations. He has also led the Early Career Development and Leadership Programs for GE Digital, South Asia, and for Baker Hughes globally. Additionally, he has been on the CAP interview panel for the IIMs and has also been taking guest lectures at premium IIMs.

Rohit is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. He also holds a PG Diploma in Data Science from IIIT, Bangalore, and a PG Certificate in Cybersecurity from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He has played various roles in his IT career along with leading Leadership Programs and playing the Diversity and Inclusion Leader for GE Renewable Energy, India. He now plays an active role as a Career Counsellor, Mentor, Coach and Educator.
